How long does shipping take?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Can I return my candy if I don't like it?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us for a replacement.
Are SourBoys products vegan-friendly?
Many of our candies are vegan, but some contain gelatin. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page for detailed dietary information.
What should I do if my candy melts during shipping?
While we use climate-controlled packaging during summer months, some softening may occur. Let the candy sit at room temperature to firm up; this does not affect the taste or safety.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working hard to bring SourBoys to more countries soon!
