Due to the perishable nature of our sour snacks, we cannot accept returns once a package has been opened; however, we are committed to ensuring you love every bite. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for a full replacement or refund.
Return Process

Take clear photos of the packaging and the product if there is damage or an incorrect item in your shipment.

Email our SourBoys team at [email protected] with your order number and the photos attached.
- 3.Review Process
Our team will review your request within 48 hours to determine if a refund or a fresh replacement shipment is appropriate.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or a new tracking number will be issued for your replacement.
